We’re here to help
At UPRAWR Mental Health Foundation we offer free mental health support and counselling to the people 18+ who relate to the rock and alternative music scene with which the UPRAWR brand has come synonymous.
What to expect
Our therapists are warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental. They create a supportive environment to explore your difficulties.
Individual therapy
We provide free online and face-to-face therapy with trained counsellors who use various approaches to create a personalised experience tailored to your needs. Our goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with professional guidance.
Group therapy
We also offer a free weekly online group counselling session led by a qualified counsellor. This space allows participants to share, reflect, and receive support in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to therapy or a regular participant, you are always welcome to join.
Common Struggles
Our therapy is designed to help with mild to moderate concerns, addressing common challenges people face in their daily lives. We cover a range of issues and work collaboratively to provide tools and strategies that support your overall well-being.
